Sept 09 - Bugatti have revealed a 4 door hybrid concept which they're billing as the most powerful car in the world - known as the Bugatti Galibier 16C. Bugatti have not announced any performance details, but you can expect 0-60 mph in around 3 seconds and a top speed of about 250mph with 900bhp.
